Step 1: Launch the https://www.waku.ai/signup to start.

Step 2: Input your email address in the Email textbox.

Step 3: Input the desired password in the Password textbox.

Step 4: Re-input your password for confirmation in the Confirm Password textbox.

Step 5: Then click on the Sign-Up button to proceed.

Note: You may also use Continue with Google.

Step 6: Select the Student role.

Step 7: Click on the Continue button.

Step 8: Input your information or detail.

Step 9: Click on the Continue button.

Step 10: Input the school code provided by the school then click on submit button.

Step 11: Kindly check your email to see the verification email from Wakuwaku Team and verify the account you created.

Note: The email will look like this.

Step 12: A prompt will appear to confirm your verification is successful.

Step 1: Click the Recent Forms tab to answer the form.

Step 2: Inside the Recent Form tab, you need to provide details in order to have full access in answering the form.

Step 3: After providing details click the Proceed button.

Step 4:  Fill out the answer form.

Step 5:  After you fill out, click the Submit Answer button.

Step 6: Click View Form to check your submitted form.

Step 7: You can also view the answered form by clicking the Submitted Form tab.

Step 8: Select a specific form, ‘Sample Default Form’ to view the answered form.

Step 9: Freely select your most comfortable option from the selections.

Step 1: In the dashboard page, you will see the Recent Forms tab where you can view and answer the form.

Step 2: On the right side is the Submitted Forms tab, where you can check your submitted form.

Step 3: In the top-right corner, you will see an icon that has the letter A on it which enables you to select a language to display.

Step 4: Beside the language icon, is the Account profile icon where you can set or edit your account including name, profile picture and enables you to logout your account.

Step 5: Inside the Settings of the User Account.

Step 6: After you set or edit your account profile, click Save.

Step 7: List mode icon enables you to display the recent form and submitted form to list mode.  

Step 8: Card mode enables you to display the recent form and submitted form to card mode.

Note: Upon opening a new account, you will see a yellow tag on the upper part of the dashboard. This reminds the user that the account has not yet been verified.

Step 1: To verify your email, kindly open your email inbox (if none, please also check your spam messages) and check the message from the “Wakuwaku Team”.

Step 2: Open the received email and click the “Verify Email” button. 

Step 3: After verifying email, the yellow tag will disappear which means you are now ready to explore the Waku-waku system. 

Step 1: Launch the Waku-waku site link “https://www.waku.ai/login”.

Step 2: Input Username.

Step 3: Input Password. 

Step 4: Click on the Login button to proceed. 

Note: You may also use the Continue with Google button for easy login. 

After a successful login, you will be directed to the student’s dashboard page. 

Step 1: Click on Statistics in the side navigation bar. 

Step 2: You may click on this dropdown to select which data school form you want to display. 

Step 3: You may also filter what education level you want to show. 

Step 4: You may also click on the Compare button if you wish to see and compare other school data. 

Step 5: To view other countries general data, just click on the 3-dot icon. 

Step 6: Lastly, view the school data by selecting from the tabs options (General, Grade, Classes, Courses). 

Note: The General tab is the only tab that has a Compare button. The rest of the tabs are for the entire school only. 

Step 1: Click on Forms in the side navigation. 

Step 2: You may see one or more lists of forms created. 

Note: The Admin is the only one responsible for creating forms. Teachers are just going to view forms. 

Step 3: Click on the form's name to open and view questions. 

Step 4: Read and review questions.

Note: The administrator must make changes and paraphrase questions.

Step 1: In the dashboard view, you will see the Student Code which will be given to the students to be able to join their respective school. 

Step 2: Below the student code, you may set up your profile as an educator.

Step 3: In the top-right corner, you will see an icon that has the letter A on it which enables you to select a language.

Note: Upon opening a new account, you will see a toast or a yellow tag on the upper part of your view. This reminds the user that the account has not yet been verified.

Step 1: To verify, kindly open your e-mail inbox (if none, please also check your spam messages) and check the message from the “Wakuwaku Team”.

Step 2: Open the e-mail and click the “Verify Email” button. 

Step 3: Once clicked, the yellow tag will disappear which means you are now ready to explore the whole system. 

Step 1: Launch the Waku-waku webapp. 

Step 2: Click on the Create Account button. 

Step 3: Input the desired credential (your email and password). You may also use Continue with Google to log in directly.

Step 4: Click on the Sign-Up button to proceed. 

Step 5: Select role type. 

Step 6: Click on the Continue button to proceed. 

Step 7: Input information asked in every field. 

Step 8: Click on the Submit button for the final step. 

Note: Upon opening the web app, you’ll see a yellow label which means you’re email is not yet verified. Kindly check your email and verify your account to access all the features of Wakuwaku.
